Brand refinement for Hive Estates
TAC were recently commissioned by North East estate agents Hive Estates to refine their branding and printed collateral. As part of the project, TAC were also tasked with developing the agency’s tone of voice and messaging.
Through a series of workshops with Hive’s company directors, we repositioned the agency to appeal to a younger, more style driven clientele exploring the property market.
With this new direction in mind, we updated Hive’s brand identity as well as building a new graphical framework for all printed materials to be designed upon.
